Martin Nguyen

Martin is an Associate General Counsel of the Outdoor Recreation and Sport Protection divisions of Vista Outdoor, Inc. Martin provides general legal oversight relating to litigation and intellectual property procurement and enforcement, licensing, product compliance, and the support of sales, marketing, and distribution. Prior to Vista Outdoor, Martin was the General Counsel of BRG Sports. In addition to managing all commercial and operational legal functions, he counseled the company and its private equity ownership through the divestiture of the Easton Baseball/Softball/Lacrosse, Easton Hockey, Easton Cycling, and Bell Fitness divisions. Martin is a registered patent attorney and is admitted to practice in California.
